in Officers Online, Print Center-MM and email it to
kofcctdistrict@gmail.com and they'll
do all of the distributions of the form for you. otherwise use
this form for Assembly Officers

distributions for you . . . .
To order Resolution of Condolence Forms, go to
Kofc.org, sign in and select
"Supplies Online", then enter "1494" in the page's
"search bar". That should
take you to the page where you can order the
Resolution of Condolence forms.
