Stanley Joseph Krupinski, 82, of Plainville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday (April 15, 2004).
He was the beloved husband of Ann (Musshorn) Krupinski, for 55 years.
He was born in Plainville, on March 11, 1922, son of the late Edward and Aniela (Kulas) Krupinski.
Stanley was a proud U.S. Navy veteran, serving during World War II.

He was employed by Marlin-Rockwell-TRW, for 35 years before his retirement in 1985.
Stanley always kept himself busy. He was a member and volunteer for several civic organizations,
including the Plainville Senior Center, where he also worked for the past 12 years,
A.A.R.P #4146, the Plainville Little League, Project Graduation, and the Red Cross.

An avid golfer and bowler, he played for the A.A.R.P. golf league,
and was President of the Senior Center bowling league.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Gerald T. Corrigan Council, receiving his
50-year award last year, and was an active member of Our Lady of Mercy Church.

Stanley also enjoyed gardening, and always made sure the birds and squirrels were well fed.
His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially taking time to travel with his wife
on trips with the Senior Center and A.A.R.P.

Besides his wife, Ann, Stanley leaves his sons, Peter Krupinski of Plainville, and Paul and his wife,
Wendy Krupinski of Farmington; two sisters, Helen Marinelli of Plainville and Nellie Talbot of New Britain;
three sisters-in-law, Pauline Klimek of Southington, Florence Krupinski of New Britain, and Joan Musshorn of Plainville.

He also leaves his brother-in-law, Bob Musshorn and his wife,
Jennie of Bristol; and many loving nieces,  nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by a brother, Edward Krupinski, and a sister, Irene Skrzyniarz. Funeral services
will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. from Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad St, Plainville,
followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Church.

Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Calling hours will be on Sunday, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
