Robert Berube, born October 22, 1943 joined our heavenly father on September 20, 2025.

The son of Francois Bertrand Herminigile Berube aka "Pete"
and Maria St. Pierre Berube of Fall River, MA,

He was predeceased by his parents, 8 siblings, and wife of 60 years, Regina Deshaies Berube.

He is survived by his five children, their spouses, 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Robert was known as a family man, a salesman, and a storyteller.

At an early time of his life, he served in the United States Air Force.
Due to injuries - he was honorably discharged and
thus earning "Veteran Status" for life...

He served his Lord Jesus Christ and community as Deacon at
Our Lady of Mercy Church in Plainville.
As he ministered to the community with compassion, empathy and
unwavering faith, He was also a proud member of the Knights of Columbus
in Council 3544 of Plainville, CT.
He also served as the very first deacon world wide to be appointed as Chaplin in the
Knights of Columbus for which he served with distinction for many years.
He was always proud to serve along side his Brother Knights and from
time to time along with the organization called "House of Heroes" in Connecticut.
He was also a SIR KNIGHT in the 4th Degree Assy 131 in Plainville, CT
(the Patriotic arm) of the Knights of Columbus.

He believed strongly in building relationships, providing for his
family and strengthening the community.

HIS STRENGTH GAVE HOPE TO MANY THROUGHT HIS LIFE

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
at Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad Street, Plainville, CT.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on October 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at
Our Lady of Mercy Church, 19 South Canal Street, Plainville, CT
with a burial to follow at St. Joseph's cemetery, 151 Farmington Avenue, Plainville.
